Rocking Horse Honor Roll
Self Regional Healthcare Foundation is pleased to offer a very special way for parents, grandparents, friends and employers to commemorate the birth of a special baby. The Rocking Horse Honor Roll is a unique tribute that, unlike flowers or clothing, will last a lifetime.

Grace Fund
The GRACE FUND (Giving Relief And Care for Employees), took the place of the HOPE Fund early this year. The GRACE Fund will aim to help employees who suffer a catastrophic situation with a significant grant (up to $1,000) that will truly make a difference in their lives.
Camp Porcupine
In a fun, upbeat environment, specially- trained counselors teach children living with diabetes how to successfully manage their disease. Camp activities teach kids life-saving information such as: meal planning, Insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring, medication maintenance and the life skills necessary to deal with diabetes.
